Returns policy
We hope you love your purchase from Orafino. However, if you’re not completely satisfied, we offer refunds for items returned within 14 days of receiving your order, provided they are in a re-saleable condition.
Extended Festive Returns
Orders placed from 1st November 2024 are eligible for return or exchange until 8th January 2025, subject to our returns policy.

Returns Policy
Tarnishing or discoloration caused by chemical contact, perfumes, bleaching agents, heat exposure, or general wear and tear is not considered a fault. Please refer to our Jewelry Care Guide for tips on maintaining your bracelets, earrings, necklaces, and rings.
Before making a purchase, please note the following:
- Refunds for returned items may take up to 10 days to process.
- Any issues with your order must be reported to us within 24 hours of receiving the item.
- Free items included in a qualifying purchase must be returned with the order. Otherwise, the value of the free item will be prorated and deducted from your refund.
- Personalized items and earrings are non-returnable. Custom necklaces and rings cannot be refunded, exchanged, or canceled after 24 hours due to their unique nature.
How to Return an Item
When returning an item, ensure it is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Items deemed unsaleable will not be accepted, and customers will be notified via email.
Follow these steps to return your parcel:
- Re-pack the item securely in its original packaging.
- Attach the return label with the address provided.
- Use a postal service to return the package and obtain proof of postage. Avoid using a post box without obtaining a receipt. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.
- Keep your proof of postage for your records.
- Once the return is received and inspected, we will process a refund for the item(s), excluding delivery charges. A credit will be issued to the original payment method within 10 working days. You will receive an email notification once the refund is completed.
Please note: For items returned due to an invalid/incomplete address provided by the customer, redelivery charges will apply.
International Returns
International customers can return items using any postal service. Shipping costs for international returns are the responsibility of the customer. To avoid duties, please mark the package as “returned goods.”
Important:
- We do not refund international customs taxes or sales charges.
- The package remains the customer’s responsibility until it reaches us. Keep proof of postage in case of loss or delays.
- We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.
